Message from MHQ:

"Hello Dance Teachers & Students!
This workshop will be one to remember! I have worked with several dance studios and high schools in hopes of giving back to the community what they have given to me throughout my dance life.

There will be two of my dearest friends and El Paso's very own Motion Headquarter's choreographers Pamela Para and Joe Ray Villegas helping me teach. Joe Ray will be teaching Hip-Hop, Pamela Para with Jazz Funk, and I will teaching contemporary. With that being said, Motion Headquarters has also decided to give to the school/studio with the most students attending to give a FREE competition piece from your choreographer of choosing from MHQ.

The workshop will be at 9am-12pm on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Del Valle High School! The workshop is 20$ pre-register and 25$ at the door. There will be waters and snacks sold at the venue.

We hope that you all participate in this extremely fun workshop! I will be passing out flyers and posters as well for those of you who are interested."

If you or your kids enjoy Cheerleading and want to share the opportunity of learning some routines, then make it out this Saturday!! This camp will also help in supporting the Aztecs Cheer Team!!

One of Expressive Rhythm's own, Clarisa Garcia, will be leading and directing the camp curriculum.

We are just one week away from one of El Paso's own Dance Competitions! Sun City Dance Classic continues to grow each and every year thanks to Monica B. Perez and of course to all of the local communities with their support. This years competition will once again be held at the Socorro Entertainment Center (11200 Santos Sanchez in Socorro, TX) on April 4th. Junior Division beginning at 8:00 AM, and Senior and Adult Divisions beginning at 1:00 PM. Make plans to come out and show your support for all the Teams, Studios, and Dancers involved!

Expressive Rhythm continues to be involved with Sun City Dance Classic, so expect to see us out there! This year we will be involved in putting together the music for all performers so keep an eye out for another post on that!

So after several weeks of transferring data from our older site and into our new site, we are excited to say that we are Almost There! The new look is in its soft beta release, so you guys can begin to enjoy the new design and convenience of some of our latest upgrades! We are still updating a few sections of the site, but for the most part, everything is up and functional!
